The new dates and the venue for the 18th WEKAF World Championship will be July 27-31, 2026, at the Sher-i-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex, Srinagar, Kashmir.

The Sher-i-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex is the largest stadium in Kashmir, with a seating capacity of 5,000 spectators inside the indoor hall. It is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous hotels and restaurants, making it an ideal and convenient venue for the championship. A recent Pencak Silat world championship was held at this same venue.

The entry for the event will be the same as those used in Cebu in 2024, as follows:

• Up to 3 events: $120

• Each additional event: $50

• Team event fee: $75 per team per category
